5.1 Liability of Kinetik: Kinetik shall not be liable for any failure by the Partner to disburse prizes or for any changes made by the Partner to the requirements or prizes. The Partner will be solely responsible for disbursing any prizes, internships, etc. If you have any disputes with the prizes, please address them with the Partner directly.
